CUSTOMER SERVICE OPEN HOUSE

THE PROBLEM: In 2017, American Modern Insurance Group redesigned the customer service area of the building. Last updated in the early 2000s, the design was a much needed renovation. The area was blocked off for the remodel so once complete, the team wanted a grand open house to celebrate.
THE SOLUTION: To create awareness within the building, I created email headers and posters that were used in the weeks leading up to the open house. The designs used concealed photographs I took of the completed space. This way, employees could get a taste of the space without ruining the big reveal. The open house was a huge success with 70% of employees attending.
