THE PROBLEM: The Discovery Dash is a yearly event at American Modern Insurance Group where employees compete in team building exercises aimed at learning more about other departments. In 2017, the planning team wanted to brand the event with a logo.
THE SOLUTION: Because this event was an internal American Modern event, I wanted the logo to feel both unique while still a part of the brand. Even though I kept American Modern’s brand colors and fonts, the logo still feels like its own identity. The overlapping transparent circles with the running icon perfectly showcase how teams build knowledge as they go from department to department.
